Standard Affiliate Program

We create a structured affiliate system (using software like FirstPromoter or similar) where affiliates get a unique link and earn a percentage of any sale (program enrollment or product) that comes through their referrals.
Given our high-ticket pricing, commissions are generous to incentivize effort – e.g. 20% commission on the BioFlow 3-month program (so ~$400-$500 per sale) and perhaps 10% on the 1-year program (due to its higher price point).
For FlowFuel supplement sales, perhaps 15% of sale value, or a flat amount per subscription start.

Promotional Materials

Target Affiliates

We recruit affiliates in the biohacking, wellness influencer space – people with audiences who trust them for health advice. For example, a podcaster who focuses on peak performance could earn by referring their listeners.

Promotional Materials

We’ll equip affiliates with promo materials: email swipe copy, banner ads, short videos, etc., highlighting our USP (like integrated tech + training) so they can easily promote.

Muse & Device Partnerships

We aim to form affiliate or reseller partnerships with device makers like Muse (ChooseMuse) and Airofit. The idea: we bundle their device with our program, they offer us a bulk discount or affiliate cut.
For instance, if a BioFlow client buys a Muse through our link, we get a referral commission (likely ~10-15% of the $399 price).
Conversely, Muse may feature our program to their customers as a recommended training to get the most out of the headband – a mutual referral exchange.
The Muse S Press Kit can aid in convincing them, as we align with their messaging (helping users gain the full benefit of Muse’s capabilities in real life). Similar approach for HeartMath – perhaps we become a reseller of Inner Balance sensors, earning margin on each sale or bundling it (which effectively passes cost to client and margin to us).

Designs for Health & Fullscript Partnership

Practitioner Account Setup

Since FlowFuel protocols will use a lot of Designs for Health (DFH) supplements (they are a top-quality practitioner brand), we can leverage DFH’s practitioner program. We likely register BioFlow LLC as a practitioner account with DFH (if Jamie or a team member has the requisite credentials, or we partner with a licensed practitioner on our team).

Muse & Device Partnerships

Typically, DFH sells at wholesale to practitioners, who then either resell at retail for profit or use an online dispensary (like Fullscript) which handles fulfillment and splits profit. When we recommend DFH products to clients (e.g. omega-3s, probiotics from their line), we get them through our account at maybe 50% of retail. If we charge the client retail (or slightly below, as a perk), we pocket the difference.

Fullscript Integration

Another way: integrate Fullscript on the back-end of FlowFuel. For DIY FlowFuel clients, we could provide a pre-loaded cart in Fullscript with recommended supplements (they click and purchase; we get a cut of each sale).

Additional Revenue Streams

Designs for Health’s new Spotlight tests also come into play – we could become a partner offering those tests (if beneficial beyond what we do). Possibly we can negotiate a finder’s fee for any test we order through DFH’s system.

Bundle & Affiliate Synergy

Strategic Bundles

We will create bundle offers that boost affiliate earnings and overall revenue. For instance, a “Muse + BioFlow Bundle” on our site that includes a Muse S headband and 3-month program for a combined price (the PDF suggests $379 for program + device, though likely that was for a smaller program; for 3-month it’d be more).

Affiliate Benefits

Affiliates promoting that bundle might get commission on the whole bundle price. This is attractive because it’s a tangible product + program in one, which often converts well (people love getting a gadget). We ensure our pricing can cover the cost of the device and still profit (with bulk discounts, etc.).

FlowFuel Kit

Similarly, a “FlowFuel Kit” bundle might include the tests + 3 months supplements + a consult as a package; affiliates can promote it as an entry-level biohackers kit.

Standard Affiliate Program

We turn our happy customers into evangelists. Upon completing a program (or even mid-way when they’re experiencing wins), we mention our referral offer: e.g. “Refer a friend, and if they join a program, you get £200 (or a free month of FlowFuel supplements, or a free coaching session, etc.).”
This is managed via a simple referral tracking—perhaps just a form they fill with friend’s info or using the same affiliate system but as a “refer-a-friend” link.
Because our service is impactful, word-of-mouth will naturally occur; a formal referral program pours fuel on that fire by rewarding it.
We might periodically run referral contests (“Top referrer of the quarter gets an Apple Watch or full refund of their program fee”, etc.) to stir activity.

Content and Social Media Strategy

We encourage affiliates and partners to share their personal journey or results with our program (if they went through it) or to interview Jamie on their platforms.
Founder as Brand Asset
Jamie as the visionary founder is a strong asset – a podcast tour and guest articles not only builds brand but can have affiliate tracking so the host gets credit for any leads.
Press Kit Development
We prepare a press kit for Jamie’s story (maybe even framing him as a Marvel-like “Bioman” hero for edgy outlets, or emphasizing the clinical validation for medical or wellness outlets – adapting message per audience as always).

Each appearance has a call-to-action link for listeners to a specific landing page (unique for that affiliate or campaign) for tracking conversions.
