BioFlow Trifecta Training sits at the center. Prices start at $1,000, and BioFlow VIP starts at $10,000 a year. This is wellness and performance training, not medical care.

    Five levels. Choose how deep you go. Each one includes everything below it, and every level comes with live sensor feedback and a coach every week. Start anywhere and move up when you're ready.

    Move up within 60 days of your last purchase and everything you've paid counts toward the higher level, from a single $495 test or Flow Self-Guided all the way to BioFlow VIP. Each purchase restarts the 60 days.
