Each test reads a different part of you: your DNA, your gut, or how your body makes energy. A certified clinical nutritionist reviews every report with Jamie, then Jamie walks you through it himself, so you get answers you can act on instead of a printout to decode alone.†

How it works:

• Order one test or all three. A licensed provider reviews your order before your kit ships.
• At home, swab your cheek (DNA), collect a urine sample (energy) or collect a stool sample (gut), depending on the test. Each takes minutes. Mail it back in the prepaid packaging.
• A CLIA-certified lab runs your sample.
• You get a written report for each test, usually 12 to 17 pages, with notes from your nutritionist and Jamie. All three tests come to about 45 pages.
• A certified clinical nutritionist reviews your results with Jamie. Then Jamie meets with you one-on-one for 60 minutes to walk you through your results and your written plan, including the BioFlow.Pro side if you train.†

Your written plan usually arrives 3 to 5 weeks after you order.

Price: One test, with your 60-minute session with Jamie: $495. Single Test + 3-Month Coaching: $995 (adds an in-person kickoff with Jamie in Laguna Beach, a weekly live group coaching session and a one-on-one with Jamie each month). FlowFuel Trifecta Testing: all three tests, one written plan, an in-person results meeting with Jamie in Laguna Beach and 3 months of coaching for $2,500. Breath, Brain and Heart Training (BioFlow.Pro)

Think of it as meditation with a scoreboard: a sensor shows the moment you settle, so you learn the feeling, then practice it without the device. Knowing what to do was never the problem; being in the state to do it is, and that part can be trained.

How it works:

• Online, at every level: short video lessons you can replay, and a few minutes of practice a day.
• From Flow Start up: a sensor that shows you live what's happening (a Muse EEG headband for your brain, an Airofit trainer for your breath, a HeartMath Inner Balance sensor for your heart rhythm), and a live group session with your coach every week by video (Google Meet), for 3 months.
• In person: at BioFlow VIP, with Jamie in Laguna Beach.

Price: Flow Self-Guided: $1,000 (lessons only, no coaching or devices). Flow Start: $1,500 (one track, brain, breath or heart, with its sensor and 3 months of weekly live group sessions). BioFlow Trifecta Training: $2,500 for all three tracks with all three sensors included, or 3 monthly payments of $1,000. BioFlow VIP, the Bridge

One coach who knows your labs and your training, and adjusts both.

Most people end up with a lab report from one place and a meditation app from another, and nobody connecting the two. In BioFlow VIP, Jamie runs your testing, your training and your plan himself for 12 months, so they work as one system.

How it works:

• Book the free 15-minute call with Jamie.
• If VIP fits, apply. Applying is free, and a refundable 10% deposit holds your place.
• Your year: all three tests, BioFlow Trifecta Training with all three Deep Dives, a Jamie Kickoff, weekly one-on-one sessions with Jamie, quarterly retests and an in-person results review in Laguna Beach or by video.

Price: BioFlow VIP from $10,000 a year, by application. There is no buy button for VIP. It starts with the call.

Start where you are. When you move up, you only pay the difference.

Jamie learned this at Ovation Audio, the stereo store in Indiana and Kentucky where he got his start in audio. The company later paid for his master's degree. Buy a pair of speakers, come back within a year, and you could trade up to the next pair by paying only the difference.
